UiTM 10% kuota saga

Why this issue is now like a no ending story? Some of you might know that during Tun Mahathir era, he did open 10% bumiputera quota to non-bumi for MRSM admission. Some quarters did raise their uneasiness about this, but not as hot as Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim throws some idea to open 10% quota to non-bumiputera for UiTM admission. Why there is two different reaction or double standards from Malays (UMNO)?
The reason is simple:
One proposal is made by their own BN leader, whilst the other one is made by opposition which is from PR.

Tan Sri Khalid don't even have any power to change the UiTM policy, but the reaction by the UiTM Vice Chancellor is so aggressive like Tan Sri Khalid able to change this. While Tun Mahathir have a power to change any related policy, but sadly, no one from UMNO come forward to have a big demonstration as the UiTM student did to oppose the plan. One thing that maybe most of you don't know that UiTM is already silently accepting foreigners to study at their university. Are this a bumiputera? Common Malaysian, Let's think....What a shame to those people...
